Job Position

• Overseeing customer lifecycle campaigns aimed at growth and retention throughout the customer journey.

Required Skills

The role requires significant expertise, specifically:

• A minimum of 6 years' experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or product management.
• Familiarity and experience in marketing and selling to technical audiences.
• A strong passion for open-source and cloud-native technologies with the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills necessary for articulating product value.
• Experience in launching products autonomously and working collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Compensation

For candidates based in Spain, the base salary range for this position is €94,025 to €112,830. This is supplemented by Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) that contribute to ownership in Grafana Labs' success, ensuring alignment of goals and shared outcomes. The actual compensation may vary based on experience and skill set as assessed during the interview process.
