Implementing governance practices locally while ensuring process compliance and effective feedback loops to process owners.
Leading the tactical integration of frameworks and executing effective change management strategies, including training and demand management.
Gathering frontline feedback, conducting usability tests, and running surveys to understand business needs and improve user experience.
Tracking and reporting operational KPIs and defining metrics for project scope realization and sustainment.
Developing local talent, conducting training sessions, and ensuring readiness at the hub level.
