Position Summary

As a Global Supply Chain Project Manager, the individual will play a pivotal role within the Global Demand and S&OP Capability department. This department aims to reinforce the capabilities required to achieve strategic goals of the Global Supply Chain. The responsibilities entail program management, project leadership, and collaboration with vast stakeholders, including Supply Chain Pillars, IT, finance, and various Global Capability Leaders.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The incumbents will be responsible for several duties which include but are not limited to:

  • Capability deployment pertaining to their assigned project scope, focusing on People, Process, Technology, and Data.

  • Initial documentation generation to support change management and business realization.

  • Driving system adoption, supporting system configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and analytics integration.

  • Implementing governance practices locally while ensuring process compliance and effective feedback loops to process owners.

  • Leading the tactical integration of frameworks and executing effective change management strategies, including training and demand management.

  • Gathering frontline feedback, conducting usability tests, and running surveys to understand business needs and improve user experience.

  • Tracking and reporting operational KPIs and defining metrics for project scope realization and sustainment.

  • Developing local talent, conducting training sessions, and ensuring readiness at the hub level.

Qualifications and Skills

Prospective applicants should ideally possess a robust skillset and qualifications to excel in this position:

  • Educational Background:

    • A B.S. or BA in supply chain management, a technical field (like biotechnology, biology, chemistry, or engineering), or data science is essential, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's or MBA.
    • Advanced certification in Supply Chain Management (APICS CSCP or CPIM) is highly preferred.
    • Experience in operational excellence (Green/Black Belt or equivalent) is also valuable.
  • Professional Experience:

    • Lean/Six Sigma certification is highly desired.
    • Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and FDA regulations is advantageous.
    • Exposure to biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is also beneficial.
