  • Strong Python programming skills with experience building APIs/services using frameworks like FastAPI.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, specifically with integrating OpenAI APIs and managing prompt designs and structured outputs.
  • Familiarity with at least one workflow automation platform, showcasing reliability in building integrations.
  • Exposure to RAG fundamentals and retrieval systems, especially with vector databases and search technologies.
  • Knowledge in production engineering principles, including cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure, IBM), and experience with asynchronous patterns.
  • Ability to operate comfortably in a client-facing capacity, running technical calls, and collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fine-tuning LLMs or other ML models is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Familiarity with observability tools and tracing suggests a good understanding of the systems involved.
  • Experience with knowledge graphs and graph databases will be valuable.
  • An understanding of data governance and AI governance concepts is also beneficial.
