Responsibilities of the Role

  • Managing a quarterly marketing budget and sharing best practices with peers to drive program efficiencies.
  • Analyzing pipeline performance through various systems and tools to streamline marketing efforts further.

Required Skills

To thrive in this fast-paced and evolving environment, candidates must possess a combination of specific skills and experience:


  • At least 5 years of experience in Field Marketing, Demand Generation, or ABM, showcasing a proven track record of executing successful marketing programs, including events, direct mail, and digital campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and various marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Eloqua).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while being self-motivated and results-driven.
  • An agile approach that allows for seamless transitions between strategy formulation and execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively articulating marketing plans and results.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for key regional and national marketing events as required.
