Job Responsibilities

The Data Science Manager will be responsible for leveraging complex analytics and modeling to drive business results. Key functions include:

  • Leading projects focusing on customer analytics and retention models, while utilizing broad knowledge of agency economics and lead optimization.
  • Developing multiple phases of data science projects encompassing ideation, experiment design, exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, model building, and deployment.

Salary

Farmers offers a competitive salary that scales with experience, qualifications, and the specific location of the employee. The estimates provided include:

  • Colorado: $108,375 - $169,070
  • Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Vermont: $108,375 - $181,060
  • Massachusetts: $108,375 - $181,060
  • Maryland: $108,375 - $181,060
  • New Jersey, New York, Ohio: $108,375 - $196,130
  • Albany County, NY/Cleveland, OH: $115,275 - $169,070
  • Washington: $108,375 - $205,750
