    • Ad Hoc Support: Address miscellaneous requests and coordinate special projects.
  2. Travel & Logistics Management

    • Comprehensive Travel Planning: Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for the CMO.
    • Event Logistics: Coordinate logistics for leadership offsites, Board meetings, and negotiate with vendors for meal planning and onsite technical needs.
    • Vendor Management: Ensure favorable terms with hotels and transportation providers.
  3. Meeting Coordination

    • Scheduling: Handle scheduling for leadership meetings and offsites.
    • Leadership Meeting Logistics: Oversee planning for leadership team offsites.
    • Preparation & Follow-up: Ensure all meeting attendees are informed and follow up on action items.
    • Action Tracking: Monitor follow-ups and deliverables for accountability.
  4. Budget & Financial Management

    • Budget Monitoring: Collaborate with finance to draft budgets and track their adherence.
    • Invoice Approvals: Review executive invoices for accuracy.
    • Contract Routing: Manage contracts through the appropriate procurement channels.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess proven experience as an Executive Assistant or a comparable high-level support role, ideally with C-suite executives. Essential skills include:

  • Strong background managing complex calendars and travel arrangements.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially in scheduling and report preparation.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Existing relationships and effective communication skills with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach and familiarity with event logistics.
  • Advanced proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as Slack and Asana.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in budgeting processes and expense management, along with project management certification, are advantageous but not required.

Salary and Benefits

Bonterra offers a competitive salary for this position, with a base salary range of $85,000 - $100,000 for candidates located in the United States. The actual salary might differ based on location, experience, and qualifications.
