Required Skills

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A minimum of 2+ years in software engineering management in an agile development environment.
• At least 5+ years of experience in developing commercial software in Java.
• Proven history of effectively hiring, mentoring, coaching, and leading technical teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate teams, instill accountability, and drive results.
• Ability to contribute through technical brilliance and a proactive approach to unknown challenges.
• BS/BEng in engineering/computer science or a related field is highly desirable.
