Pre-Sales Enablement: Playing a pivotal role in supporting the sales teams in their efforts to generate pipeline, catering to various sales motions including B2B and co-selling environments.
Tool Adoption & Productivity: Assisting teams in maximizing the utility of GTM systems by creating training resources that ensure effective usage without any disruption.
Programmatic Impact: Developing systems for feedback, reporting, and quality assurance, allowing for continual improvement in enablement programs.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess a well-rounded skill set and a key set of qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years in GTM enablement, learning & development, or similar roles within a SaaS background. Experience in designing and managing scalable onboarding or learning programs is crucial.
Sales Understanding: A solid grasp of sales and pre-sales processes is necessary, along with the ability to develop effective enablement programs tailored for both internal and partner-facing roles.
Communication Skills: Strong abilities in communication and presentations, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas into easily digestible content, will be essential.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with common enablement technologies and GTM tools enhances efficiency and effectiveness.
Data-Driven Mindset: Candidates should have experience analyzing performance metrics and leveraging insights to enhance enablement strategies.
Project Management: Exceptional project management abilities to oversee multiple tasks and stakeholder communications concurrently.
Global Collaboration: Comfort working across various teams in different time zones while maintaining a collaborative approach is vital. Candidates must be located in either Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones to apply.
