Job Role

The current opening is for a Staff Product Manager focusing on Asset Management. Responsibilities

  • Owning and evolving the product vision and strategy for the Asset Management component of the Dragos platform, specifically for OT/ICS environments.
  • Translating customer needs and market trends into a comprehensible quarter-over-quarter Asset Management roadmap.
  • Driving the development and management of core product features and capabilities to enhance user value.
  • Engaging directly with customers and various customer-facing teams to discover and validate use cases, gather vital feedback, and iteratively refine product direction.
  • Representing Dragos’s perspective on OT Asset Management to customers, analysts, and industry groups.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and clearly communicating solutions, costs, and justifications.
  • Making decisive calls on prioritization, trade-offs in features, timelines, resources, and quality while ensuring alignment with the strategic business objectives.
  • Clearly communicating product requirements to engineering teams to facilitate effective execution.
  • Independently measuring, tracking, and providing actionable plans to improve product KPIs, thus driving continuous process enhancements.
  • Supporting the sales team with pertinent product insights for Proofs of Concept (POCs), market analysis, and prioritizing future efforts.
  • Playing a pivotal role in shaping the go-to-market strategy and delivering compelling narratives for successful launch activities.

Required Skills

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management, specifically with enterprise security products related to cybersecurity, asset management, threat detection, or endpoint security.
  • A strong understanding of essential asset management concepts such as asset inventory and architecture, covering both active and passive integration architectures.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with an aptitude for extracting insights from complex data.
  • Technical proficiency in working with APIs, data models, asset graphs, and backend workflows to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Proven capability in generating requirements that promote user value, instilling confidence, and building customer trust.
  • A demonstrated track record of successfully delivering products, including managing outcome-driven roadmaps and backlog prioritization.

Compensation
