Job Role

The position of Director of Consultant Relations (Labor & Public Sector) is pivotal in enhancing the company's relationships within the consulting and brokerage community for the labor and public sectors.   • Maximize the value of Sword’s participation in vendor management initiatives.

  • Facilitate top-level meetings to address trends, successes, and business growth opportunities.

  • Develop a pipeline of qualified opportunities in target markets and provide regular lead status updates using Salesforce.com.

Required Skills

Ideal candidates for the Director of Consultant Relations role should possess the following skills and attributes:
