Job Overview

The Director, New Account Transitions position is an essential role at Oak View Group, a leader in venue development, management, and hospitality services designed to elevate live events globally. Responsibilities

As the Director, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks and projects related to M&A integration and onboarding processes. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the HR due diligence and program management for integration projects.
  • Acting as a representative of the People and Culture team on bids and responding to RFPs in collaboration with the VP of HR.
  • Conducting ongoing communication with stakeholders in Business Development and the Corporate People and Culture team.
  • Performing cultural assessments and crafting engagement plans to facilitate successful integrations after go-live.
  • Collaborating with the Compensation Team to analyze employee pay and status.
  • Maintaining an updated project plan for onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this prestigious role, candidates need to meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Organization Development, Labor Studies, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to due diligence and M&A integrations.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and achieve results under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Travel expectations for this role can be up to 50% of the time.

Work Environment and Salary

This role is offered as a full-time position and comes with a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $170,000, along with the potential for bonuses. Oak View Group also provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with matching, along with paid vacation days, sick days, and 11 paid holidays each year.
