Collaborate with global and local teams to align HR operations in the region with the broader organizational strategies, ensuring cohesive functioning.

Act as the Managing Director for the German entity, serving as the primary signer for local documents and participating in quarterly board meetings, with travel to Germany at least quarterly as needed.

Required Skills and Experience
