Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for a range of critical tasks that play a significant role in the company's success:

  • Integrate information across various functions to enhance access and sharing among team members and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the Security and Marketing teams to ensure the technical content aligns with strategic business objectives.

  • Review and edit content produced by team members for clarity, readability, and adherence to company standards.

  • Develop and produce high-quality materials discussing various cybersecurity topics, including but not limited to articles, blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies.

  • Translate intricate cybersecurity concepts into content that is clear, engaging, and accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Revise existing documentation as necessary to reflect changes in products and practices.

  • Manage and maintain internal documentation and processes diligently.

  • Ensure adherence to the in-house style guide, brand voice, and content creation best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must possess significant experience and qualifications in the following areas:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically in writing technical blog posts or internal documentation within either a Security Operations Center (SOC) or a support team environment.

  • At least 6 years of technical writing experience, demonstrating the ability to produce accessible content without losing critical information.

  • Exceptional writing, proofreading, editing, and grammar skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail.

  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes, showcasing versatility in handling various documentation needs.



  • Proficiency with cybersecurity terminology and concepts, ensuring effective content development.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Confluence and Google Docs for documentation purposes.

  • Proven experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to create content that is informative and engaging.

  • Competence in managing documentation repositories, maintaining organization and accessibility that reflects current practices.

  • Familiarity with diagramming software like Lucidchart and task management systems to prioritize and track work efficiently.

  • Capability to convert complex cybersecurity terminology into compelling and concise copy suitable for executive audiences and buyers.

  • A proactive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive within a collaborative team environment.
