Job Overview

As a Customer Service Engineer, you will engage in technical support for a diverse global customer base. This includes aiding field service engineers and customers by addressing reported issues and providing exemplary service. Your day-to-day tasks will revolve around speaking both English and French, as you will be supporting clients in France and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Remain professional and courteous at all times while delivering exceptional customer support.
  • Analyze reported customer issues and manage them through to resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal Camlin departments to gather necessary technical information.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers via video calls, phone, and email to update them on ongoing support cases.
  • Provide live remote support during installation, commissioning, and service repairs.
  • Develop work instructions and training documentation for both customers and field service engineers.
  • Document all field installations and maintain accurate records of service findings.
  • Identify quality issues in the field and generate non-conformance reports (NCRs), along with following the root-cause-analysis (RCA) process.
  • Maintain assigned key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist with other duties as required.
  • Occasionally assist in the field to troubleshoot units supporting customers or field service engineers.
