The primary duties of the Content Author will include:
Developing and implementing effective content models within the KMS Lighthouse platform.
Authoring, editing, and publishing high-quality and accurate content.
Collaborating closely with Brand and Engineering teams to ensure that content aligns with design specifications, technical requirements, and overall strategic objectives.
Maintaining content consistency and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
Assisting with Spanish language translation reviews and basic content adaptation/localization.
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet several key qualifications:
Proven, hands-on experience in authoring and managing content within the KMS Lighthouse platform with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience.
A Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field.
Strong practical experience with content modeling and management principles, particularly within the KMS Lighthouse framework.
Exceptional English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong attention to detail regarding content quality, structural integrity, and accuracy.
Experience working in a client-facing environment, providing effective content delivery solutions.
Ability to collaborate with various cross-functional teams and departments, adapting to different workplace requirements
Must be able to deliver immediate content-focused solutions requiring little ramp-up time, showcasing flexibility and professionalism.
