Constructive seeks candidates with at least seven years of UX and UI design experience in agency settings and three years of managing interactive design teams. Required skills include strong alignment with Constructive's core values, exceptional UX and human-centered design capabilities, visual design fundamentals, collaborative leadership, presentation skills, and fluency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Additionally, UX research and usability testing proficiency is a plus.
Constructive offers a competitive salary range of $120k-$130k, plus profit sharing based on experience and skills.
