5. Job and Pay Structure Cleanup: Another vital function will involve evolving compensation structures through auditing and revising the Job Code library, supporting leveling efforts across the firm.
6. Equity Administration and Team Leadership: The daily operations of equity compensation plans will fall under the purview of the Compensation Manager, including transaction processing, maintaining necessary records, ensuring compliance, and assisting participants. Once an Equity Analyst is hired, the manager will mentor and oversee their activities.
7. Process Improvement: A proactive approach toward enhancing compensation data accuracy and process efficiency is expected. The manager will also work collaboratively with People Operations and business leaders to refine processes related to off-cycle compensation alterations.
