The Team & Role

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Foundation for Global Compensation: You will conduct external market pricing and prepare pricing analyses, ensuring that Zuora's compensation structure remains competitive and forward-thinking. This also involves being the primary contact for salary surveys, thus shaping the overall compensation strategy.

  • Annual Compensation Processes: Supporting annual activities like the Merit cycle and Corporate Bonus Plan is critical. You'll evaluate global salary structures and make recommendations for adjustments based on analysis and budgetary considerations.

  • Refinement of Methodologies: You will work on refining compensation methodologies, balancing what's happening in external markets with internal needs. It will be crucial to leverage technology where applicable to enhance processes and deliverables.
