• Documenting test cases clearly, ensuring correct answers are provided along with policy citations and payout calculations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.

• Current or recent experience in claims and adjusting or adjacent roles.
• Familiarity with auto insurance coverage decisions, including state-specific negligence rules and adjuster authority limits.
• A credential such as AIC, CPCU, CIFI, or SCLA is beneficial but not mandatory if you have solid hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in English at the C1 level or above is required.
