The Position

CData Virtuality is currently seeking a Senior Software Support Engineer to join their team. Your Role and Impact

As a Senior Software Support Engineer, your responsibilities will encompass both proactive and reactive service delivery aspects. Your technical acumen will be crucial in tackling complex software problems. Specific responsibilities include:

SaaS Support: Responding to customer inquiries through an in-product Intercom, managing support requests from 1st to 3rd levels, focusing on 2nd and 3rd level support.
CData Virtuality Platform Support: Assisting EU and US customers with ticket-based troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
SaaS Monitoring: Utilizing monitoring systems and tools to identify and resolve incidents proactively.
Setup and Operations: Managing cloud environments, performing software updates/upgrades remotely via Windows and Linux machines (using RDP and SSH), and supporting the software's operational needs.
