The Position

CData Software is currently seeking a Senior Software Support Engineer. Your Role and Impact

As a Senior Software Support Engineer, you will be engaged in both proactive and reactive service delivery aspects. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • SaaS Support: Responding to customer inquiries via Intercom, where you'll offer varying levels of support, particularly focusing on the more complex 2nd and 3rd levels.

  • CData Virtuality Platform Support: Assist customers from the EU and US by tackling ticket-based issues and performing troubleshooting.

  • SaaS Monitoring: Utilize monitoring systems and tools to proactively identify and manage incidents.

  • Setup and Operations: You will be responsible for setting up and configuring cloud management tools, managing cloud environments, and performing updates on customers' Windows and Linux machines remotely via RDP and SSH. Additionally, you will oversee the operation of software and servers.
