The Senior Full Stack Developer will have several key responsibilities:
Design and implement the PMS architecture, which includes establishing the database schema and API ecosystem.
Develop and maintain a clean, modular codebase across the full stack using the TypeScript/Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL/Supabase technologies.
Seamlessly integrate the PMS with Conduit (the AI-powered communication layer) and an array of external APIs catering to various functionalities such as payments and document management.
Enforce role-based access control, ensuring secure data handling, compliance with GDPR, and other privacy regulations.
Collaborate with product and design teams to transition real-world property workflows into innovative digital systems.
Contribute meaningfully to long-term technical decisions and overall team growth.
Candidates must possess a robust set of skills to excel in this position:
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack or back-end engineering, preferably in a swiftly evolving startup environment.
Demonstrated expertise in software architecture patterns, along with a deep understanding of API design (REST/GraphQL) and database normalization.
Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL is essential, with familiarity in cloud environments like AWS or Vercel.
Understanding of best practices related to version control, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and testing methodologies.
Knowledge of data security measures, encryption, and privacy standards is a plus.
Ability to work effectively within the CET time zone (±3 hours) and must commit to full-time work without juggling multiple job responsibilities or arrangements.
Must be a proactive self-starter who can thrive in an early-stage startup climate and effectively communicate with non-technical members of the team.
The compensation for this role ranges between USD 120,000 to 150,000, supplemented with meaningful equity in the company. The position also offers the potential for career growth, specifically the opportunity to transition into a CTO role as the company scales and the performance of the individual warrants such advancement. In addition, there will be a clear trajectory with a 13-month roadmap from MVP launch to full product release, commencing immediately upon hiring.
