Staying updated with the market, competitor activities, and challenges faced by targeted prospects.
Meeting and exceeding operational metrics such as successful transactions and total buyer spend.
Expectation of up to 10% travel to attend meetings and events.
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following minimum qualifications and skills:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Operations, Enterprise B2B Liquidation Sales, or Account Management.
A High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proven ability to work under tight deadlines with quick response times.
Proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite, Salesforce, and other CRM platforms.
A creative approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
While not mandatory, candidates with the following attributes will stand out:
Experience in Liquidation Sales or Logistics and Supply Chain.
Understanding of the marketplace business model.
Knowledge of B2B e-commerce, ERP, or SaaS solutions.
Familiarity with start-up environments.
