Partnering with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify priority roles, develop position profiles, and refine search calibrations for the Business/Post Sales teams.
High-Volume Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing for high volume positions within the Business/Post Sales organization.
Talent Pipeline Development: Actively source candidates and build robust talent pipelines to ensure a strong pool of candidates for recruitment.
KPI Achievement: Strive to meet and exceed recruiting KPIs and individual targets consistently.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain a dynamic pool of both active and passive candidates for all open roles throughout the recruiting process.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in SaaS, tech, or post sales-focused recruitment within a product or service-based company.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally including Greenhouse.
An engaging personality, with an ability to build a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere.
A strong understanding of the current recruiting landscape within the Pakistan market.
Proven track record of gaining trust with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Exceptional project management skills, with keen attention to detail, flexibility, and resilience in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
Proven ability to consistently meet performance metrics and achieve KPIs, especially in a remote work context.
This is a fully remote position. However, candidates should expect to occasionally visit the office when necessary. The scheduled working hours will align with Pakistan Time, running from 12 PM to 9 PM, Monday through Friday.
