The responsibilities of the Business Recruiter include:

● Executing full-cycle recruitment, which spans from sourcing, screening, and scheduling, to interviewing and closing.
● Building robust talent pipelines to ensure a consistent influx of high-quality candidates.
● Surpassing recruiting key performance indicators (KPIs) and personal targets consistently.
● Keeping a strong pipeline of both active and passive candidates for open roles.
Motive is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
● A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced environments. Experience in SaaS, tech, or post-sales focused recruiting is highly preferred.
● Competence in working with Applicant Tracking Systems, with Greenhouse mentioned as an example.
● A natural flair for people skills, with a passion for fostering a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere.
● An understanding of the current recruiting landscape in Pakistan.
● A proven track record of building trust with hiring managers.
● Exceptional project management skills coupled with attention to detail, flexibility, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
● Ability to work independently alongside the capability to be a team player.
● Proven capability in consistently achieving performance metrics in a remote work setting.
● Occasionally required to visit the office as needed, although primarily a remote role. Working hours are from 12 PM to 9 PM (Pakistan time), Monday through Friday.
