Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities associated with this role include:

  • Managing Key Accounts: Own a portfolio of existing and potential customers, ensuring customer satisfaction while increasing bookings and revenues.

  • Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrating insights from neuroscience, data engineering, clinical operations, and leadership.

  • Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations that create value for both Beacon and its partners.

  • CRM Management: Document business development activities and nurture leads within a CRM system.

  • Alliance Management: Optionally support alliance management with Clinical Research Organizations (CROs), fostering productive partnerships.
