This full-time position focuses on spearheading global expansion efforts by identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships with institutional clients. The successful candidate will provide coverage to support the growth of institutional trading, Request for Quotes (RFQ), market-making, and execution services.
This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including:
Client acquisition and retention: Actively engage with clients in the western time zone, identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with various institutional groups for the trading desk.
Build and maintain existing relationships through effective communication, networking, and lead generation with C-suite partners.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive company growth and enhance the client experience.
Build a robust pipeline by leveraging networking opportunities and industry relationships.
Implement client retention strategies and conduct regular client updates and reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as technology and decentralized finance partners, ensuring seamless execution of client solutions.
Provide periodical market insights, understanding market changes, and communicating with various teams to find optimal solutions.
Act as a feedback bridge between clients and internal teams for product development and service improvements.
Engage in deal lifecycle ownership and represent the company at conferences.

A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in business development or institutional coverage roles within finance, technology, or the digital asset and blockchain industry.
