A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in community management, event organization, or related fields.
Strong hands-on experience with Telegram moderation, bots, mini-games, and campaign execution.
Proven success in organizing both offline and online events across various city tiers.
Proven ability to forge partnerships with local communities, student clubs, and universities.
Fluency in German and English.
Comprehensive knowledge of Binance products and core features, including Spot, P2P, Futures, and NFT.
Strong communication, copywriting, and content creation skills suitable for multilingual markets.
Familiarity with AI tools for community engagement, content generation, user segmentation, or campaign automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Notion AI, Discord/Telegram AI bots).
