Nava is seeking a Large Group Benefits Analyst to join its east coast Client Success team. This role primarily involves supporting the company's New York employee benefit programs and ensuring client satisfaction through effective benefits management. This position is remote, but the ideal candidates will be based in the New York area or have relevant experience with New York employer groups ranging from 100 to 2000 lives.
The analyst will have several key responsibilities:
Ownership of Outcomes: Responsible for developing, implementing, and renewing New York employee benefit programs. This includes onboarding new clients and maintaining their BenAdmin systems, vendor relationships, and compliance.
Driving Progress: Regularly engage with clients and vendors, provide financial reporting, and assist with RFPs and renewals. The analyst will offer benefit enrollment guidance and ongoing member support as needed.
Operational Support: Work closely with Client Managers and Partners to provide both tactical and analytical support for servicing clients, focusing on fully-insured and level-funded clients.
Enhancing Client Experience: Act as a champion for client experience, ensuring valuable interactions and fostering positive relationships with clients.
