To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:
Experience: At least 6 years of experience in advertising and analytics, with a strong focus on measurement, insights development, and storytelling capabilities.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, economics, statistics, or computer science is required, along with relevant experience in a quantitative role.
Agency Experience: Candidates must have experience working agency side and in a supervisory role.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with advertising measurement solutions such as MMM, MTA, and various sales attribution solutions is necessary. Additionally, practical knowledge of audience research platforms like Nielsen MRI and Resonate is highly desirable. Proficiency in dashboard visualization, Excel, PowerPoint, and Datorama is also a plus.
Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills are essential. The candidate must be adept at explaining complex analyses to clients and stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
Collaboration and Detail Orientation: The ideal candidate should have outstanding collaboration skills to work cross-functionally, be highly detail-oriented, and manage multiple deliverables effectively.
Time Management Skills: Excellent organizational skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are required, along with the capacity to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
