Key Responsibilities

The Associate Director will be responsible for the following:

• Developing a strategic plan for accounts across segments.
• Spearheading the strategic direction of sales and customer retention for the account portfolio.

Required Skills

• Strong consulting and leadership skills, particularly in strategy and management consulting.
• A minimum of 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years spent at a top-tier Strategy or Management Consulting firm in the Life Sciences sector. The preferred level of experience is that of an Associate Partner or Principal, aiming for next-level roles post project management.
• At least 2 years of experience in business development with a proven track record of success.
• An autonomous work style that demonstrates efficiency and independence.
• Strong international exposure; preferably the candidate should have lived and worked abroad.
• Fluency in English, with an additional command in either German, French, Danish, or Dutch.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be highly regarded:

• More than 3 years of experience working at CROs.
• A comprehensive understanding of clinical operations processes.
• Experience in selling or implementing SaaS software.
• Prior use of Veeva products.
• Documented experience of industry presentations and/or publications.
