Assisting in developing product strategy and messaging tailored to specific segments and opportunities.
Participating in high-level discussions with prospects and customers.
Coordinating resources from pre-sales through post-implementation, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Ideal candidates for this position must meet specific qualifications to ensure success in their role:
Consulting and leadership skills: Candidates should have a strong background in consulting, especially in strategy or management.
Experience: Approximately 10 years of professional experience is preferred, with at least 5 years at a prominent Strategy/Management Consulting firm within the Life Sciences sector—ideally at the Associate Partner or Principal level.
Proven success in business development: A track record showcasing at least 2 years of experience in successful sales initiatives is crucial.
Autonomy: Candidates must be self-driven with a strong international background, having lived or worked abroad.
Language proficiency: Native-level fluency in English is mandatory, along with proficiency in additional languages such as German, French, Danish, or Dutch.
Industry experience: Though not mandatory, 3+ years of experience within CROs and a full understanding of clinical operations will be advantageous. Furthermore, candidates with experience in selling or implementing SaaS software and prior engagement with Veeva products will be given preference. Evidence of industry presentations or publications is considered a plus, as are robust project management skills.
