We are currently seeking an Associate Clinical Representative based in Houston, TX. This role is pivotal for our AQUABEAM Robotic System, where your primary responsibility will be to provide both technical and clinical support. You will collaborate with surgeons and clinic staff, facilitating training and offering in-service support to current and future customers.
Furthermore, you'll have a hand in field service support, which may include system installations, repairs, and software upgrades. Given the complexity of surgical procedures and operations involved, this position demands excellent attention to detail and the capability to manage various professionals in a surgical environment.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
Providing medical professionals with product training on the use of our technologies.
Close collaboration with our Clinical Specialist and the Sales & Marketing team to design and facilitate training programs.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards during Professional Education programs.
Offering technical troubleshooting in the field and addressing customer inquiries about the products.
Gathering feedback on product design for future improvements.
Maintaining an understanding of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure regulatory compliance.
To thrive in the Associate Clinical Representative role, candidates should possess:
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a related field.
The ability to travel up to 75%, primarily within the United States.
A solid understanding of the science and medical devices industry.
Excellent communication skills that convey clarity in all forms, coupled with a keen attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to engage actively in tactical execution.
Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective persuasion and influence in clinical environments.
For this position, the anticipated base salary is $85,000 annually, augmented with a MBO Bonus. PROCEPT BioRobotics seeks to maintain a fair and equitable compensation practice with total compensation packages that remain competitive in the market.
