Design System Contributions: Actively participate in evolving the design system, ensuring consistency and scalable design across the product.
Advocacy for User-Centric Design: Advocate for user-centric design strategies and actively contribute to product strategy and decision-making, taking into consideration user needs as well as business constraints and technical trade-offs.
Ongoing Improvement: Stay current with industry design trends and best practices while proactively searching for opportunities to improve the design process.
Candidates should have:
At least 5 years of experience as a professional product designer with a strong portfolio that showcases previous work on B2B SaaS products.
Extensive experience designing complex B2B user flows, workflows, and systems, which includes proficiency in handling data-heavy interfaces.
Proficient in using design tools like Figma.
A proven track record in conducting user research and translating insights into impactful design solutions.
Experience related to supply chain topics is a distinct advantage.
Experience in a fast-growing startup environment or previous positions as the sole designer in a company is a plus.
