Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates need to demonstrate:

  • 7+ years of experience in alliance/channel management or similar fields, preferably within the enterprise HCM or learning technology spaces.

  • A proven track record in driving partner-led sales and achieving sales targets.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging senior stakeholders.

  • An effective self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Degreed is dedicated to equitable compensation for its roles, offering a salary range between approximately $110,000 and $150,000. The exact compensation is contingent on factors unique to each candidate's skillset, experience, certifications, and geographical location.
