Candidates need to demonstrate:
7+ years of experience in alliance/channel management or similar fields, preferably within the enterprise HCM or learning technology spaces.
A proven track record in driving partner-led sales and achieving sales targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
An effective self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
A solid understanding of NAMER markets, along with cultural sensitivity relevant to business practices.
